Business Development Executive (BDE)
This role sits between junior and senior level and combines client onboarding, partner program management, sales follow-ups, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hosting/technology environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Sales & Client Operations
- - Issue quotations to clients and follow up on sales tickets and pending quotes.
- - Monitor new client signups and perform onboarding follow-ups to ensure successful service activation.
- - Conduct periodic follow-ups with existing clients to ensure services are running smoothly and identify potential issues.
- - Contact clients to suggest new products, upgrades, or cross-sell opportunities based on their current services.
Partner & Affiliate Management
- - Guide and onboard new partners, affiliates, and resellers.
- - Maintain and update partnership contracts and documentation.
- - Update the Partner Area with correct commission amounts, orders, and invoices.
- - Assign and monitor reseller discount codes and ensure correct usage.
- - Maintain partner product plans and propose enhanced commission structures to improve partner engagement and performance.
- - Identify inactive partners and execute re-engagement initiatives.
- - Engage with forums, platforms, and communities to attract new affiliates and partners.
Relationship & Event Support
- - Serve as the key point of contact for partners, ensuring timely communication and support.
- - Assist in planning and attending partner and VIP client events, webinars, or industry meetups.
Required Qualifications
- - 1–3+ years of experience in sales support, client success, partnerships, account management, or related roles (hosting/IT/SaaS experience is a strong advantage).
- - Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- - Experience in working with CRM systems and other task/project management software.
- - Prior experience in affiliate program, reseller operations, partnership coordination or a related field is a plus
- - Basic understanding of VPS, dedicated servers, networking, or cloud services.
- - Highly organised, proactive with strong attention to detail.
- - Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- - Comfortable in representing the company at external events.
