August 2026 – Introducing vFirewall
New Product vFirewall has been launched and is included with all VPS Pro packages free of charge.
vFirewall moves firewall protection out of a VPS and onto the infrastructure layer. Instead of configuring and maintaining iptables, ufw, firewalld, or any other firewall software, your traffic is filtered before it ever reaches your server.

July 2026 – Hermes Agent VPS plans released, cloud backup and digital shield enhancements, new VPS pop location and more.
July has been a rich month in terms of new product launches, enhancements and website updates.
New Product Hermes Agent VPS plans are now available to order. In a single click you get the AI agent deployed on an isolated VPS environment with dedicated resources.
new Cloud Backup protection status is now visible directly in myNetShop. Clients can see at a glance whether each of their services is protected by Acronis Cloud Backup.
new Digital Shield now keeps clients in the loop during a DDoS event. When mitigation is triggered for an incident, the client is notified by email both when nullrouting is activated and when it’s lifted, so they always know the current status of their service.

New Product New VPS PoP location: Malaysia is now available for new VPS orders, expanding our footprint in Southeast Asia.
June 2026 – New cPanel Hosting Plans Extended to Malta.
Following the rollout of our new cPanel hosting plans in Cyprus, the UK, and the Netherlands in April, Malta has now joined. Starter, Advanced, Pro & Elite are available for all new cPanel hosting orders in Malta, with existing clients remaining on their current plans unless they request a switch. Our Web Hosting pages are now consistent across all markets.
May 2026 – Debut for OpenClaw VPS and Client Portal UI Refresh.
new OpenClaw VPS is now available to order. This new VPS offering lets clients run OpenClaw (Clawdbot) on high-performance infrastructure, giving full speed, flexibility, and control over their AI assistant.
myNetShop Portal has been updated with a refreshed look and new functionality:
- New theme colours and widget design
- Refreshed layout across the dashboard, sidebar, and service details page
April 2026 – Hosting Plans Refresh, Pricing Updates and more.
New Product Retired our legacy cPanel hosting plans and replaced them with four new tiers:
Starter, Advanced, Pro & Elite – offering significantly more resources and enhanced features, at the same competitive pricing.
Reduced pricing on UK Flexi VPS Plus and Pro plans.
