Melco Resorts Entertainment’s European adventure with Cyprus continues as City of Dreams Mediterranean and Cyprus Casinos has opened their second satellite casino in Nicosia the countries capital.
Called C2 the satellite casino measures 970m2 and highlights 5 gaming tables and 50 slot machines.
Property President of City of Dreams Mediterranean and Cyprus Casinos, Craig Ballantyne, said he was pleased to see the new addition to the C2 portfolio.
“C2 will significantly contribute to the efforts of the Cypriot government to combat illegal gaming.”
He said “100 people have been employed at the location in Nicosia, bringing the total number of Melco staff in Cyprus to over 700 individuals, the vast majority being Cypriot citizens.”
